At just over 6,600 SF, an event space located in a quiet corner of downtown Minneapolis became a private landing space for VIP members of the pro-football sports community. Loeffler Construction & Consulting was charged with taking a historic building space once occupied by a thriving restaurant and turning it into a blank canvas for future events. Adorned with branded theming and artwork designed by Gallagher, this private space was the comfortable home for one of the industry’s largest sports apparel companies in their Super Bowl 52 celebration in ‘The Bold North’.
