Loeffler Construction & Consulting is honored that we will receive a Meritorious Achievement Award for excellence in workplace safety and health at the 2021 Virtual Minnesota Safety and Health Conference, May 4-5.

“In a year that has challenged all of us in ways we never imagined, we are very pleased to recognize Loeffler for their award,” said Paul Aasen, president of the Minnesota Safety Council.  “Safety demands extraordinary attention in a normal year, double that attention this past year. Thank you, Loeffler Construction & Consulting for keeping your employees safe.”

The annual Governor’s Safety Awards program has honored employers in the State of Minnesota for their exceptional safety performance since 1934. Applicants are judged on several years of injury data as it compares with the industry’s national statistics, as well as their progress in implementing a comprehensive safety program.

The Minnesota Safety Council is dedicated to improving the quality of life in Minnesota by preventing unintentional injuries on the road, at work, at home, and in the community. Like the Minnesota Safety Council, Safety has always been our number one priority here at Loeffler Construction.  Although COVID-19 has been an area of focus over the last year, Loeffler has managed to keep all other facets of a safe jobsite in the forefront of our minds. Every individual on our jobsite deserves to go home to their loved ones each night and we seek to ensure that continues to ring true with each project we become involved with. Our team is proud to have incidence rates that are better than the industry average for over three years and continues to work towards improving our safety plan with each project.  #IntegrityBuilt
