Loeffler is so excited to welcome three employees to our team – Project Manager Benjamin Schlader, Project Engineer Lucas George, and Assistant Superintendent Brent Tholen! We look forward to showing them what LCC is all about.

Benajmin Schlader, Project Manager

Benjamin has spent his career being known for his demonstration of taking care of the clients first, strong work ethic and communication.  Benjamin has taken a unique path within the construction industry, starting out in Business Development, then moving on to become a Project Engineer to better serve his clients, and finally taking it to the next level as a Project Manager.  Benjamin’s drive and energy has allowed him to grow into a high performing construction professional having spent a lot of time performing major renovations for worship, housing, retail, QSR’s and restaurants.

Lucas George, Project Engineer

After earning a degree in Real Estate Property Management at UW-Stout, Lucas found himself trying out the construction industry in 2018, working for a nationwide retail construction firm. Spending his time in the industry largely working on Tenant Interiors, Lucas has a strong knowledge of the construction process from pre-construction through project close-out and comes in with a hunger to continue learning about all things in the industry, specifically the desire to learn about different sustainable construction methods.

Brent Tholen, Assistant Superintendent

Brent is known for his self-driven and motivated personality. On the jobsite, he is always making sure to go the extra mile for his clients. With a strong background in the construction industry, Brent lives by the saying “Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.” As an assistant superintendent, he meticulously oversees jobs to ensure work continues smoothly and safely.

Outside of work, Brent is passionate about the game of baseball, fishing, and hanging out with his family.
