With the Labor Day holiday behind us and cooler weather setting in, we can officially say that summer is behind us. The last few weeks have been busy as we wrapped up a number of projects at the University of Minnesota in time for students to head back to the classroom. Some of our larger projects, including the Knoll Infrastructure Improvements & Public Safety Facility Addition and Renovations, will continue through the fall.
With the end of summer, we had to say “See you later” (not “Goodbye”) to two of our summer interns. Jenna, who was instrumental in the launch of our beautifully revamped website, is back for her senior year at the University of Minnesota – Duluth pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Project Engineer Intern, Vince, will graduate this winter from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Construction Management. Vince was a huge team player and was involved in most, if not all, of our active projects. We’re excited for these two to finish their education and will always consider them part of the Loeffler Family.
We celebrated the end of summer with a casual happy hour here in Lakeville. Thankfully, our third intern, Anthony, is still hanging out while finishing his education at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
