We are so excited to welcome Dave LaPree to our team as Owner’s Representative! Dave brings over 37 years of commercial construction experience, serving in a variety of roles. Over the years, he has completed work in several sectors including K-12, Higher Education, Tenant Improvements, Hospitals, and Lab Spaces. Dave strongly believes the key to success lies in teamwork, and works to be a team player on each project he is a part of. As Owner’s Representative, Dave will provide insights and guidance in the development, management, and coordination of projects to owners, with the ultimate goal of protecting their best interests. Utilizing his experience as a both a Construction Manager and General Contractor, he will work to ensure there is a consistent level of respect between the owner, contractor, and architect, throughout the length of the project.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, camping, fishing, and boating.
