“The folks at Loeffler have been great to work with. Their knowledge of contemporary construction costs is very fine tuned – surely an asset for their clients. It has enabled the design team to have assurance about the cost of our work at an early stage of development allowing us to move forward with confidence that we will not have to enter into a lengthy and challenging VE process during Bid Phase.”
