Loeffler Construction & Consulting is serving the Lakeville Area School District as the Construction Manager Advisor for the Christina Huddleston Elementary Addition. This one-story, 9,365 SF addition includes four new classrooms and four spaces for collaborative learning. A mechanical upgrade will also be performed within the existing building, as well as replacement of the existing parking lot.
