Nate Schmidt

Superintendent

Nate brings determination and a strong work ethic to every project he touches. After studying construction at Dunwoody College of Technology, he gained valuable experience in both project management and estimating before joining Loeffler in 2020 as a Superintendent Intern. Since then, he has advanced into his current role as Superintendent, where his proactive approach and steady leadership have earned the respect of colleagues, trade partners, and clients alike. 

Outside of work, Nate enjoys hunting for unique vintage finds and bringing new life to old treasures.
