Metropolitan State University Skyway Preservation

Through diligent and resourceful planning, the LCC team developed a complex scaffolding system that spanned over Trunk Highway 5 and helped bring this project in ahead of schedule. These measures were implemented using coordinated lane shifts during the night, and were used to manage the containment of operations and safety of our crews over traffic. Through advanced planning, our team completed sandblasting and painting on the exterior while the interior areas received a multitude of water infiltration, mechanical and other finish upgrades.
