University of Minnesota – Walter Library OIT E-Learning Hub

The project goal was to create a more collaborative space by locating staff closer together and to add additional meeting spaces, swing spaces for clients and a modest video studio for recording purposes. The project accomplished this goal by renovating seven existing offices within the second floor of Walter Library. The space now encompasses one large open aired office space and a learning hub. The renovation also reconfigured existing power outlets and data/voice systems to match the new the Mechanical and Electrical needs.
