University of Minnesota – Keller Hall Classroom 3-230

This Keller Hall Classroom 3-230 Auditorium remodel project included remodeling of 1,859 SF of an existing classroom lecture hall. The scope of work completed, during this 5-week project, included replacement of existing fixed tables with new swing arm seating, new acoustical wall finishes, flooring, and general accessibility improvements. Additionally, the existing lighting was upgraded to energy efficient fixtures with dimming controls for presentation.
