The Coyle

The Coyle’s modernization was part of the Opportunity Housing Partnership Project (OHP) which also included renovations of The Continental and The Lamoreaux. Loeffler served as the owner’s representative for the upgrades of all three properties within the OHP project. Renovations on the Coyle were both interior and exterior to the building and included masonry restoration, upgrades to the roof, a remodeled community kitchen, and full kitchen remodel of individual units.

As an owner’s representative, Loeffler helped keep the project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades within the allocated funding.
