Shattuck St. Mary’s

Loeffler Construction & Consulting provided Cuningham Group Architecture with Pre-Design construction cost estimates for a wide variety of projects throughout the historic campus. The various projects comprised of the following:

• Sports Complex Addition
• Dining Hall & Servery Addition and Renovation
• Student Commons/Hub Addition
• Performing Arts Theatre & Supporting Spaces
• Steam to Hot Water Hydronic Heating Conversion – Campus Wide

These various additions and conversions were a part of the construction value which accurately breaks down each division for the five mentioned building transformations. Loeffler worked closely with Shattuck employees and other building users to determine their needs.
