Pedro Park

Loeffler provided AFLA Landscape Architects and the City of St. Paul with Construction Cost Consulting Services for the renovation of Pedro Park. The existing area was home to an Urban Flower Field, which was a short term solution that converted the lot into a community gathering space.

The updated programming is to include an upper and lower park shelter, ample lawn area for community events and lounging, splash pad, and dog area, and integrated street scape, bike parking, and seating.
