Moxy Minneapolis Downtown

Loeffler Construction & Consulting provided Owner’s Representation Services on Moxy Minneapolis Downtown, a new $100 Million mixed-use development located in downtown Minneapolis. The project, located at the southeast corner of Chicago and Washington Avenues and adjacent to U.S. Bank Stadium. The redevelopment of this site which was previously a parking lot brings additional housing, retail space, and hospitality services to the historic Mills District.

Moxy, a Mariott branded hotel, features eight floors, a 3,300-square foot restaurant, 10,000 sqaure feet of retail space on the first floor, and a four-story, 65,318 square feet underground parking structure.
