In November of 2015 Loeffler Construction completed a state of the art health care clinic for the residents of the Lower Sioux Indian Community. The Lower Sioux Community was in need of a health clinic so Loeffler Construction and Design, LLC approached the community with a solution. Loeffler worked extensively with the architect and owner to develop a quality, functional and energy efficient building that will serve the community for decades to come. The new 11,600 SF facility meets and exceeds the new Minnesota building code for energy efficiency which has yet to be implemented. The clinic consists of full dental and optical care facilities, nine general exam rooms, procedure room, a pharmacy and an X-ray room.
