Loeffler Construction & Consulting provided Owner’s Representation Services on Ironclad, a new $100 Million mixed-use development located in downtown Minneapolis. The project, located at the southeast corner of Chicago and Washington Avenues is adjacent to U.S. Bank Stadium. The redeveloped site was previously a parking lot and now brings additional housing, retail spaces, and hospitality services to the historic Mills District.

The private, high-end development  includes a 14-story, 172-unit apartment building, an 8-story Moxy branded hotel, a 3,300-square foot restaurant, 10,000 square feet of retail on the first floor of the hotel, and a 4-story, 65,318-square feet structure of underground parking.
