Loeffler Construction & Consulting is currently providing Owner’s Representation Services on Ironclad, a new $100 Million mixed-use development located in downtown Minneapolis. The project, located at the southeast corner of Chicago & Washington Avenues, adjacent to U.S. Bank Stadium, redevelops a site that is currently a parking lot, and will bring additional housing, retail and hospitality services to the historic Mills District.

The private, high-end development will include a 14-story, 172-unit apartment building, an eight-story Moxy branded hotel, a 3,300-square foot restaurant, 10,000 square feet of retail on the first floor of the hotel, and a four-story, 65,318-square feet of underground parking.
