Highview Elementary is the 9th elementary school in the Lakeville Area Schools. Rapid enrollment growth and new housing developments near the site made it the perfect location for a new addition.
With over 100,000 square feet of educational space, the new school accommodates five sections
of K-1st graders, four sections of 2nd-5th grades, four center-based special education classrooms, and specialized spaces for music, STEM, physical education, and art classes. Additionally, the school features a multi-layered security system to ensure students’ safety in the event of a threat at the building.
