Centennial Office Building

Loeffler provided Wold Architects and Engineers with a Pre-Design estimate for the Centennial Office Building Renovations and Addition located on the Capitol Mall in downtown St. Paul. The project includes a complete demo of the interior walls, finishes, and mechanical/electrical systems down to the core/shell. Exterior façade improvements include all new windows, spandrel panels, and restoring the stone panels. A sixth floor addition was also included as well as all new mechanical/electrical systems throughout the building.
