Loeffler provided Wold Architects and Engineers with cost consulting services for the new construction of East Grand Rapids Elementary School. This two story structure boasts spacious classrooms with large windows that promote day-lighting throughout the school. Thoughtful casework and storage solutions are integrated throughout the school for both staff and students. Patterned flooring in classrooms promote creativity and a welcoming environment for the students. The exterior cladding material of mixed metals and precast are visually appealing and a quality choice for long term durability.
