Whilshire Park Elementary

Loeffler Construction & Consulting provided Wold Architects and Engineers with a Design-Development estimate. The project included a single story classroom addition on top of poor soils. Loeffler provided two foundation options for Wold to present to the Owner, one being a traditional slab-on-grade with soils corrections and the other being a structural slab supported by helical piles and grade beams.
