His journey began with a degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota, where he also participated in a study abroad trip to Costa Rica, contributing innovative solutions to improve a senior community center. With four years of hands-on experience in the industry, Joe brings a practical understanding to every project he undertakes.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time at his family cabin during the summer, where he loves waterskiing. He is also an active participant in hockey and soccer leagues with his friends!
