US Bank Plaza 19th Floor

In an effort to geographically centralize their employees in new, open office environments, US Bank completed a 13,000 SF interior renovation on the 19th Floor of the South Tower at US Bank Plaza. The renovation includes open office space, executive offices, conference rooms, and a large breakroom where employees can gather to collaborate and brainstorm on current projects. The open floor plan provides employees with outstanding views of Downtown Minneapolis, The Commons and US Bank Stadium. To limit the disturbance of neighboring tenants, Loeffler and their subcontractors performed portions of the renovation overnight.
