Located at the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, Loeffler Construction & Consulting coordinated an exterior façade replacement of a deteriorating cedar siding and copper flashing system. Our team replaced the existing tar paper where needed, performed caulking around windows, and scraped off existing paint for a fresh coat of finish paint.
