Located on the West Bank of the University, the Regis Center for Art houses art classrooms including a foundry and kilns. Because of the nature of the functions in the building, there is a significant amount of on-going rooftop operations and maintenance.

As the Design Builder, Loeffler was asked by the University to develop and install a design that would improve roof access and safety for building maintenance employees. The project included the installation of a new custom davit crane system, a new ships ladder, new pre-engineered roof edge protection, custom manufactured roof protection where space was constrained, as well as new roof drainage improvements.
