Loeffler Construction & Consulting provided MSR with a pre-design construction cost estimate for a building addition to the historic Limnology building on the shore of Lake Superior. The building addition includes open collaborative spaces, ADA compliant restroom facilities, a green roof with a rooftop deck, and strategic glazing for daylighting and beautiful views of the lake.

Renovations of the existing Limnology building where also included to upgrade the thermal performance of the structure, new MEP systems, and a new layout to better serve the occupants.
