The Roselle

The modernization of the Roselle Apartments was part of the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3) which serves to provide efficiency apartments at an affordable price. Loeffler served as the owner’s representative for the upgrades of all 10 properties within the MP3 project.

As an owner’s representative, Loeffler helped keep the project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades within the allocated funding.

The Roselle underwent both interior and exterior renovations including upgrades to the roof, new flooring, new finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms, and new electrical systems.
