The Lamoreaux

The Lamoreaux underwent substantial renovation as part of the Opportunity Housing Partnership Project (OHP) which serves individuals who have experienced extended homelessness. Loeffler served as the owner’s representative for the upgrades of all three properties within the OHP project. Both interior and exterior work was completed on The Lamoreaux which included the installation of new windows and doors and upgrades to the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

As an owner’s representative, Loeffler helped keep the project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades within the allocated funding.
