The Elms

The substantial renovation of The Elm’s Apartments was a part of the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3) which serves  to provide low-income households with an affordable place to live. 

Loeffler, as the owner’s representative, helped keep the project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades within the allocated funding. The renovation included both interior and exterior work with roof repairs and new windows, as well as upgrades to heating systems, plumbing, and community rooms.

Loeffler served as the owner’s representative for the upgrades of all 10 properties within the MP3 project.
