The Continental’s substantial renovation was part of the Opportunity Housing Partnership Project (OHP) which serves individuals who have experienced extended homelessness. Loeffler served as the owner’s representative for the upgrades of all three properties within the OHP. As an owner’s representative, Loeffler helped keep the project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades within the allocated funding.

Built in 1910 as an apartment hotel, the Continental is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Exterior and interior renovations were completed including masonry restoration, the addition of new resident lounges, and the installation of new ventilation systems.
