The Barrington

The modernization of the Barrington was a part of the Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), which aimed to provide affordable housing to low-income households. Loeffler served as the owner’s representative for the upgrades of all 10 properties within the MP3 project.

As an owner’s representative, Loeffler helped keep the project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades of each building within the allocated funding.

Both interior and exterior work was completed, which included upgrades to the roof, new flooring, finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms, and new electrical systems.
