Loeffler collaborated with BWBR to assemble a construction cost estimate for a renovation project at the Summit Classroom Building which included exterior façade replacement, entirely new MEP systems, and new utilities from nearby buildings. The interior 3-story remodel consisted of a 26,700 SF gut and rebuild into nurse sim/skills labs, computer lab classrooms, and business classrooms. Every window and curtainwall was replaced throughout the façade along with miscellaneous long term repairs.
