St Paul Fire Station 19

Loeffler provided Collaborative Design Group with a detailed Construction Document estimate prior to sending the project out to bid for the second time. Collaborative Design Group looked to Loeffler to provide value engineering in addition to the base estimate to give the owner a perspective on ways to save money without having to competitively bid the project.

The project consisted of renovating the existing fire station plus adding additions on each end of the building to better serve the department. All new mechanical and electrical systems where incorporated to lower operating costs and provide more comfort to the fire fighters and personnel.
