Loeffler Construction & Consulting provided Collaborative Design Group with a Schematic Design cost estimate for the creation of a new bookstore and coffee shop on campus. New storefront glass was incorporated into the existing corridor to provide better views to both the coffee shop and bookstore.

Unique floor and wall finishes where incorporated for branding purposes, updated mechanical systems and lighting for energy efficiencies and occupant comfort where also incorporated.
