This project consisted of new construction of a 21,000 SF satellite casino for the White Earth Nation. The project contains 12,000 SF of gaming floor and restaurant space with amazing glulams and high end finishes.

The gaming floor is home to over 100 slot machines along with several video blackjack tables. A gift shop was included near the main entrance with high end displays to showcase the novelties and memorabilia available from the casino. Directly adjacent to the gaming floor is the Little Dipper Restaurant, which is a 2,500 SF restaurant and bar serving high quality food to the patrons on the casino. The bar is the highlight of the space consisting 60 linear feet of bar top with integrated games for the patron’s entertainment. It also houses an expansive beer tap along with several TV’s.

Several other unique aspects about this project include its rural location and late fall start date, which resulted in the majority of the concrete being placed during the frigid northern Minnesota winter. Loeffler Construction successfully coordinated with the project team and all subcontractors to complete the project both on schedule and on budget.
