Rainbow Building and Shops – Remodel

Construction for this lease relocation was completed in eleven business days while assisting this health care tenant with maintaining their business operations. The total Design and Build schedule was completed in 3 weeks with specific work including permit approval, removal of the previous tenant’s walls and finishes, and completing the remodeling with new walls, finishes, and electrical upgrades. A temporary reception desk was installed until the new reception desk could be installed. The project includes care suites for chiropractic adjustments, and acupuncture procedures.
