The project included construction of a new, $11,000,000 senior housing complex. The building consists of 79 senior housing apartments, constructed out of wood framing over top of a pre-cast concrete and masonry underground parking garage.

  • The project’s 79 units of affordable senior housing help address critical housing issues.
  • Pedestrian and bike amemities enhance connections to the existing regional trail network.
  • An outdoor public plaza and indoor community gathering space allow the building to be a place that embraces the community beyond its own resident population.
  • The infill nature of the project re-uses and improves upon the existing municipal infrastructure.
