MN National Guard Armory

Loeffler was hired by RSP Architects to provide cost consulting from the pre-design phase through construction document phase for the Brooklyn Park National Guard Armory project. The project consists of an interior renovation/remodel of the existing facility as well as a 3,000 SF single story office addition. New fitness and locker room facilities, unit storage, upgrades in the drill hall, and a collaborative office layout with new furniture/fixtures/equipment where incorporated into the scope and within budget.
