Mille Lacs D1 Clinic(476 KB)

Loeffler provided Seven Generations Architecture & Engineering with a Schematic Design estimate and a Design Development estimate on a new 2-Story Health Clinic for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe. This health clinic encompassed a variety of health services all under one roof.

The building consists of a structural steel frame with a mixture of composite panels, brick, and curtainwall as the façade. A focal point of the building is a grand 2-story atrium off the entry that provides a clear line of sight from the front to the back of the building. The building’s mechanical and electrical systems where designed to meet the high sustainability standards of the tribe.
