McGuire Middle School Gym Addition

This project includes the addition of a new gymnasium facility to McGuire Middle School. This new facility includes two competition size gyms with two teaching stations, 400 person spectator seating areas, and an operable partition to separate the area into two working spaces.

The Lakeville Community has faced a growing need for additional physical education spaces, as well as space that can be used for community activity. To address these needs, this project was funded by the 2019 Referendum which aimed to expand opportunities for students and improve on safety and security of the existing facilities.
