Project included renovations to 4,200 SF of the First and Fourth Floors within the medical suite at the Hennepin County Juvenile Detention Center. New office space, lab space, exam rooms and intake areas were created within the secure facility. A unique aspect of this project involved installation of 2,800 SF of suspended walkable ceiling over the secure areas in order for the maintenance staff to have better access to above ceiling equipment and minimize daily disruption to staff and residents.
