Loeffler provided Wold Architects and Engineers with a Design Development estimate for the Hennepin County Courts Addition project located in Bloomington, MN. This project consisted of 35,000 SF of new steel and pre-cast construction with copper/stone cladding to match the existing facility. Inside the facility there is a public lobby, weapons screening, offices, high volume courtroom, flex courtroom, and holding cells.
