Hennepin County Conciliation Courts Remodel

Loeffler served as the General Contractor for the Hennepin County Conciliation Courts Remodel. This project involved remodeling two courtrooms and one office space, each located on different floors, requiring careful coordination.

The work included upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, as well as finishes and millwork on both floors. Given the project’s distribution across multiple floors, a detailed phasing plan was created, which also accounted for the county buildings being closed during the holiday season.
