Elliot Court

The Elliot Court Apartments were substantially renovated to provide affordable efficiency apartments as part of the Aeon Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3). Loeffler provided owner’s representative services for the upgrades of all 10 properties within the MP3 project.

As an owner’s representative, Loeffler helped keep this project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades within the allocated funding. The interior and exterior work included new siding, plumbing, heating systems, and parking lot upgrades.
