Confidential Medical Manufacturing Plant

Loeffler Construction & Consulting partnered with HCM Architects on the renovation and expansion of a high-tech medical manufacturing plant in Arab, Alabama. Loeffler’s consulting team brought the plans to life with a detailed cost estimate. 

The structure’s 170,000 SF footprint became even more intense with an addition and extensive renovations. With only minimal details on paper, the team collaborated to ccritically think through the details of what this large-scale project would entail. Loeffler completed a comprehensive cost estimate of $33M, which included everything from sophisticated mechanical systems to the labor of door hardware installation. 

The architect and the confidential ownership group anticipated quality work from Loeffler, and our team delivered by building a relationship of trust through transparency, communication, and an accurate, comprehensive estimate for this project.
