Children’s Music Academy

The Children’s Music Academy of Minot specializes in teaching music to children to foster musical skills that will last a lifetime and to foster the bond between parent and child. This retail storefront project, located within the Magic City Artspace Development, was the first newly constructed building in downtown Minot in over thirty years when it was completed.

Included in this building are 34 live-work artist’s studio apartments and first-floor retail. The Green Building Community Guidelines were used to create a building with a high level of sustainable materials.
