Buri Manor

The modernization of the Buri Manor was a part of the Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3) which provides low-income households with an affordable place to live. Loeffler served as the owner’s representative for the upgrades of all 10 properties within the MP3 project.

As an owner’s representative, Loeffler helped keep the project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades of each building within the allocated funding.
