Brookdale Christian Center Repairs
This project commenced as a result of an explosion in the basement mechanical room of the building. This catastrophic failure caused significant structural and building envelope failures that needed to be replaced and properly detailed. The restoration of the building envelope and its related structural impacts took place to stabilize and ‘weather-in’ the building. Upon completion, this building originally constructed in 1958 was restored to working order with a fully functional daycare, nursery, classrooms, two prep kitchens and a mechanical room housing three high efficiency boilers.
