7 Clans Casino – Warroad Expansion

This project included the expansion of the 7 Clans Casino – Warroad’s gaming floor. The 9,000 SF addition will add 100 additional slot machines, a brand new sports bar with seating for 80, and a new entrance directly to the gaming floor. As the Owner’s Representative on this project, our team provided services including constructability reviews, budget monitoring and oversight, schedule reviews, on-site observation, change over reviews, and provided oversight and tracking of FF&E and owner contracted work.
