Corey Myers

Project Manager

Corey brings over a decade of diverse experience in the construction and real estate industries to Loeffler. With an intense focus on customer service, an integrity-built philosophy and a solutions-oriented mindset, he excels at leading projects from start to finish. Corey’s expertise spans a wide array of sectors, including K-12 education, non-profit, student housing, office, healthcare, hospitality, retail, multi-family housing, and industrial.

Corey’s exposure with the “built environment” began at a young age with his grandfather, and he spent his summers after high school working as a finish carpenter. This experience, combined with his Civil Engineering degree from Iowa State and an MBA, provides him with a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic capabilities. He is passionate about leading cross-functional teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience, and he utilizes his strengths in communication and collaboration to build long lasting relationships. He currently serves on the Young Leaders Board for ULI Minnesota and is actively involved with DBIA and NAIOP.

Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending time with his family at the lake, hunting at the farm, golfing (albeit poorly), and traveling around the world.
